Booking tickets

The easiest way to book tickets is online. This website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Alternatively, you can call the Town Hall Box Office 01642 729729 or the Theatre Box Office on 01642 81 51 81.

Your basket

You can buy tickets for both venues at the same time – just add them to your basket. You do not have to check out twice.

Creating an account

If you’ve never had an account with us, you’ll need to create one.

Go to the account page and click the ‘Register now’ link next to ‘New Customer?’.

When you’ve entered all your information, you’ll get an email from boxoffice@middlesbrough.gov.uk confirming that your account has been created.

If you had an account on the old Middlesbrough Town Hall or Middlesbrough Theatre websites, you can keep using that account. Your login details will still work.

Logging into your account

Go to the account page and enter your username and password.

Forgotten password

Go to the account page and click the ‘Reset here’ link next to ‘Forgotten your password?’. You’ll get an email from boxoffice@middlesbrough.gov.uk with a link to reset your password.

Logging out of your account

To log out, go to the account page, and click the button saying ‘LOGOUT’.
